What we do and how we do it
SHARE modifies the contact conditions in asymmetric societies so that its members learn to support each other in a collaborative way.
We offer the knowledge, tools, and experiences necessary to develop skills of empathy, mutual support, and collaboration through our workshops, meetings, conservatories, and volunteering.

Our Objectives

To become aware of your prejudices.

Have experiences that allow you to question and reformulate those prejudices.

Generate solidarity and mutual support tools.
The Tools We Use
Conservatories on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
Business volunteering
Team integration
Team certification of Human Resources, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
Workshops and Conversations
Moderate conversations about prejudice and discrimination
A space to explore how prejudices and different forms of discrimination work, what experiences we have had with each of them, and the actions we can take both personally and as a team to address these issues.
