LET’S CULTIVATE HORIZONTALITY
What we do and how we do it
SHARE modifies the contact conditions in asymmetric societies so that its members learn to support each other in a collaborative way.
We offer the knowledge, tools, and experiences necessary to develop skills of empathy, mutual support, and collaboration through our workshops, meetings, conservatories, and volunteering.
To become aware of your prejudices.
Have experiences that allow you to question and reformulate those prejudices.
Generate solidarity and mutual support tools.
The Tools We Use
Conservatories on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
Collaborative project workshops
A space to strengthen relationships involving different actors from organizations and communities to allow their collaboration for social networks change.
We develop supportive communities by identifying their needs and how they can engage with partner organizations to address these needs. Through these workshops, participants acquire practical tools to promote empathy and solidarity in SHARE spaces, accelerating the pace at which organizations and communities develop relationships based on trust.
