Certification Program

Since 2013 SHARE has cultivated empathy and solidarity amongst people from different backgrounds in Indonesia, the United States, and Mexico by collaborating with 54 partner organizations.

About our Certification Program

Our certification program offers the opportunity to develop and deepen leadership skills by acquiring the tools, knowledge, and experiences to implement our methodology. Through this process, participants are prepared to cultivate collaborative relationships within communities and become part of a global SHARE network of “cultivators of horizontality”.

Would you like to learn how to promote support and collaboration in the spaces you share?

The program begins with a one-day retreat which is followed by a one-day training on our methodology and a guided practice to implement it. To be certified you will also have to complete an e-learning course, develop an action plan for the year and participate in feedback and DEI Workshops during the year.

You will also have access to the ‘Horizontal Cultivator Guide’ & Toolkit (which includes: 7 manuals to implement different modalities of our methodology; facilitator resources; materials for participants; collaborative community development plan, impact & report templates).
